Data we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, organization, email, phone, inquiry type, message, your consent, and technical data such as IP address, user agent and timestamp.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data solely to receive and respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is the consent you give through the form.

Storage and retention

Data is stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure. We retain contact-form submissions for up to 12 months from the date of submission, after which they are automatically deleted. To request earlier deletion or an export of your data, contact us using the details below.

Disclosure

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Contact-form data is processed through Cloudflare services used for site hosting, bot protection, data storage, and email notification to the responsible team.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may access, correct, delete, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by contacting us via the details below.
